Some Chicken and Some Blog Love.
Today I’m roasting a whole chicken. Imagine my surprise when I asked the kind Italian-looking man at the grocery store how to cook it and he told me it takes a whole hour. Wowsers. So that’s what I’ll be doing today and praying not to burn it to a crisp. I’m making BBQ Pulled-Chicken Sandwiches with Roasted Brussel Sprouts. I think brussel sprouts are completely gross, yet my bf loves them, so I’m trying this recipe I found off of Iowa Girl Eats. Amazing blog, amazing girl and very inspirational.
Oh So Beautiful Paper is a blog for the stationery obsessed! Beautiful invitations, monogrammed notes and tons of pretty paper fills this blog. And I adore them for it.
Favourite new blog? Under The Sheets – sexy and not afraid to be. But it’s cus she’s hilarious. Seriously.
100 Layer Cake is probably my favourite wedding inspiration blog. The color boards are probably the #1 reason I go and the #2 is most likely the real wedding pictures. *le sigh*
And the last blog to show some love to today is LittleBrownPen - just for the photography. Paris et al.
Anyway, this is a lazy day for me today, as this blog post reflects, and I will let you know how my chicken turns out.
xoxo

YOU are amazing!!! Thank you so much for that blog love! I still feel like a little fetus in the blog-o-sphere, but I am so happy to have your support. My only other wish from today is that I could virtually eat all the food you are cooking for your man. I'm so jealous. He's clearly the luckiest guy ever! Thanks again, pretty

It was amazing and EASY! It took over an hour, but all I did was take the
disgusting raw chicken out of its' package, sprinkle it with sel de mer and
italian seasonings, and roast it for just over an hour at 350 degrees
celsius! Delicious!

my husband would heart you. I hid in my bed while he painted and cooked. I'm bad.
