Bonjour and welcome to Fab Brunette!

I am a 20-something brunette who strives to live fabulously, attempts to eat healthy, and save up enough money for rainy day shoes! I live in Vancouver with my boyfriend and our daughter, a Princess who sleeps in her Princess shoes. I adore high heels of the Louboutin variety, pearls, Paris and cupcakes. I love cupcakes so much that in 2008 I started my own cupcake catering business, Le Petit Cupcakery!

I used to be quite the undomesticated goddess, but as of late have somewhat learned how to roast a chicken, bake cookies, flip pancakes that aren’t burnt and even make fondant wedding cakes. I am also quite the aspiring writer who has begun about fifty novels and never finished any of them – is anyone interested?

I enjoy reading when I have time, obsessed with Oscar Wilde at the moment, I like dancing, eating croissants and reading Paris Vogue behind large Prada frames. I love to travel and daydream and eat. I love to eat.

I just moved to Vancouver from Toronto and am still discovering the city and all of its quirks.
